By using this website, the customer portal, or any All Techies service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Services
We provide managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud services as described on the website or in a separate written agreement. Specific scope, pricing, and SLAs are set out in your order or contract — those control if they conflict with this page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, infringing, or harmful.
- Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the platform's security.
- Upload malware or send unsolicited bulk messages through the service.
Payment
Fees are due as set out on your invoice. Overdue accounts may be suspended after notice. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchases.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis except where a written agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Techies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that puts the platform or other customers at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the portal or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Venue for disputes is Tarrant County, Texas, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
