This page is maintained by All Techies to explain what we collect when you use our website and customer portal, and how we use it. It is not a legal contract — for specific concerns, contact us before using the service.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, and company when you sign up or contact us.
- Support data: tickets, messages, devices you register, and bookings you create.
- Billing data: invoice records (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical data: basic logs (timestamps, IP, user agent) for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To deliver IT support, fulfil bookings, and bill for services.
- To respond to your messages and notify you about your tickets and account.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Where it lives
Account and support data is stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase). The platform provides encrypted storage at rest and TLS in transit. Access is restricted to authorised All Techies staff via role-based access control.
Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers that host or operate this app (under data-processing terms).
- Payment processors when you pay an invoice.
- Authorities when required by law.
Your choices
- Access, update, or delete your account by emailing us.
- Opt out of non-essential emails from your profile.
- Request a copy of your data at any time.
Retention
We keep account and support records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Backups are rotated automatically.
